I liked it. The communal bath scene with the back and forth of a first person narrative from Nolan's perspective to a first person narrative from Nicolai's perspective kinda gave me whiplash though.
Read it all and being honest,kinda left a weak impression. It feels more like an edgy self insert fic made by an inexperienced writer. Really hope not only that the writing gets better but that also Nolan gets some guts and becomes more independent
Also it doesn't help that the premise sounds a bit cliche and Nicolai,wich i assume is the main love interest,has a generic design and is shown to be your typical edgelord
Oof that's some hard feedback to read. This is my first time writing and sharing a story so I guess some rough edges are to be expected. The next update will include more insight into Nicolai's past and his motivations which hopefully elevate him above "edgelord" status. There is also a refinment of the earlier scenes such as between Nolan and Souldro in the hallway to better portray Nolan's inner turmoil.

One thing I noticed was that in the scene where Nolan's crying, an instrumental version of the Hatsune Miku song "Rolling Girl" by WOWAKA was playing. I don't know if it was intentional, but if it was, nice touch :)
Two wrongs don't make a right. So we must find a balance and middle ground, somewhere we can move forwards. However, it not easy to accomplish when one is tuck between a rock and a hard place. How will we make BOTH sides see rationality? What shall happen if the balance tips too far one way or the other? Only time will tell, but sometimes messing up is part of helping to understand, so long as you keep an open mind. Even in the brightest dawn there is darkness, and even in darkest night there is light, but only when they are roughly equal do you have a means of agency.
I was wondering if you were referring to a specific moment in the story so far. I'm definitely keen for Criator exploring the story of ancient foes and those caught between them. Maybe everything isn't as clearly light/dark, just as you indicate. Nolan sees a light in Nicolai after all and Nolan is plagued by his own darkness perhaps.
Its a trope highly seen in many forms of media between rivaling groups/individuals, and a chronic one throughout history and present day. Just like "All that glitters isn't gold" (but our minds and hearts can shine far brighter), "Might makes right" (but do the ends justify the means?), "Don't judge a book by it cover" (Assume that your initial assumption may be wrong, does correlate a little to second chances), and the "Fear of unknown and change" (or keeping of status quo, if does not harm or restrict freedoms then it needs not be restricted). We all need to have have a leash to keep us from going to far (Anarchy/Chaos), but if its too short then we get (Rebellion from Oppression/Abuse of Power). In all cases though open communication is key, along with respect, responsibility, and trust. If all were to follow such keystones, then peace/world peace could be achieved. Even the golden rule can be a double edged sword if we do not know the motives of others, as good will between two, could be bad for others (Favoritism/Unequal Distribution).
You probably know a lot of this already, so I'm just rambling/preaching my observations, but complex and tangled situations often bring it out of me.
Look, the vn is about a heavy theme, mental health, and other things. Even if I find myself very horny, I dont know if there will be space for a nsfw. Im not saying that cant have one, Im just saying that I dont think there will be space for it. But we will only know if there be nsfw if I keep going writing.
Oh my god. I wasn't preparedn for such a masterpiece. To me, this game is SO intersting ! I want to play more ! I want to see the end of this, so many questions i'm asking to myself !
It's an amazing work. The characters are perfectly designed, their personalities are insanely well written, and the STORY ! Oh my god the STORY is amazing ! I mean, I feel like I'm following a suspense series, because it's not just the characters, it's the whole plot ! This is a work of art, I LOVED it, like A LOT. Thanks you for this amazing VN, I'll be on the lookout for any updates !

ok, I read it and it was great i didnt expect the plot twist at the end tho, this would be a great story if both views of the characters would be used on the story telling, (my opinion)it would give great thril, excitement, and mystery to both the characters if oucomes would differ if a certain choice would be made... nice work looking forward to the next update :>
This VN is off to a pretty good start. Effective use of music, sound effects and good backgrounds. The setting is interesting and from this intro you can already see some of the challenges to be faced. MC's place in the world is quite odd and unexpected, and will obviously factor heavily in those challenges.

That is intencional yes! Rolling Girl is my fav song of wowaka, and that song basicly define nolans (and mine) life as a whole
